I believe in capturing the real, small, raw precious moments in addition to the traditional portraits with everyone looking at the camera. I grew up cherishing the prints and albums my mother put together of our family and still, to this day, look back at those images with fond memories. I wish I had more photos of my mother when shew was young and expecting. I wish I had more photos and moments of when I was newly born and to see the light in my parents eyes. They remind me of the best parts of my childhood; playing house with my brother; sitting on my dad's lap at breakfast, and of course, the endless love that my mother always gave. They tell a story of who I was and who I am today. I want to document your family's bond and make sure you have tangible memories for yourselves as parents, and for your kids to cherish one day.

Taking milestone portraits may sometimes feel like a challenge, maternity, newborn and family, but it is one of the most important things you can do for your family. Kids grow up quickly. Life gets so busy that you might forget to document it along the way. As much as a some sessions are about the kids, it's also about the parents too. You are the foundation of your family.
